Do you already have a customer support manual at your company?

If it’s in Notion, PDF, DOCX, HWP, or PPT format, you can simply upload it.

After uploading the data, go to the Page Settings menu to set up your company info and FAQs.

If certain questions aren't answered well, try improving the responses in one of the following ways:

1. Delete the uploaded file and re-upload a revised version

2. Add specific Q&A entries as text:
