1. chatroom settings

• Default text: Write a text that will appear in the chat field.

• Caution phrase: Please write a phrase that will appear below the chat field.

• Sample question:

  Create a sample question that will appear on the chat splash screen.

  You can enter up to four example questions.

2. Save your changes

At the top of the page settings, you'll see a Save changes button and a link to your email address.

Be sure to click the Save changes buttonso that your information is reflected.
