Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between BLYNX Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its users in connection with the use of the services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of major terms used in these Terms are as follows:

  1. "Service" refers to all services provided by the Company that users can access regardless of the device used (PC, TV, mobile, or any wired/wireless terminal).
  2. "User" refers to all individuals who use the Company’s services under these Terms, including individual members, corporate members, and non-members.
  3. "Individual Member" refers to a person who registers by providing personal information and is entitled to continuously receive information and use the services provided by the Company.
  4. "Corporate Member" refers to a person who registers by providing corporate and personal information and is entitled to continuously receive information and use the services provided by the Company.
  5. "Non-Member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the Company without registering.
  6. "ID" refers to a combination of letters or letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the Company for identification and service use.
  7. "Password" refers to a combination of letters (including special characters) and numbers set by the member to verify identity and ensure confidentiality.
  8. "Content" refers to signs, characters, voices, sounds, images, or videos used in information networks as defined by relevant laws, including written text, photos, videos, files, and links.

Article 3 (Governing Rules Outside of Terms)

Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws or separate terms, policies, and rules defined by the Company (collectively referred to as "Detailed Guidelines"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Detailed Guidelines, the latter shall prevail.

Article 4 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. These Terms are publicly posted on all internet services provided by BLYNX Co., Ltd. The Company may revise these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws such as the Consumer Protection Act in E-Commerce, Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, Electronic Financial Transactions Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Framework Act on Consumers. When revising the Terms, the Company shall specify the effective date and contents and provide at least 7 days' notice prior to the effective date (30 days for unfavorable or significant changes). Existing users will be individually notified through electronic means (e.g., email, SMS, in-service messages, pop-up alerts).
  2. Such notices will clearly state that “users who do not agree with the changes may terminate the agreement within 7 days (30 days for major or unfavorable changes) of notification; failure to express disagreement will be deemed as consent.”
  3. If the user does not express disagreement within the period specified in paragraph 2, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
