1. Check the data status

First, make sure the data status is marked as COMPLETED.

If the data is still being processed, the chatbot may not provide accurate answers.

2. Register Q&A manually as text

If your data was successfully uploaded but the chatbot still doesn't respond correctly,

go to Data Management → Text and manually enter questions and answers.

example : 

Q. How much is an apple?
A. An apple is currently sold for 5,000 KRW each.
